About Valley Cab
Valley Cab has been established since 2000. Valley Cab started out as a one car operation in White City and Central Point. In 2001 we opened our first office in Medford with three vehicles. From there we believe we have become the premier transportation company in Southern Oregon; servicing all of Jackson and Josephine Counties.
About the Drivers at Valley Cab
All of the drivers go through an extensive back ground check that includes:
*State criminal check
*Federal criminal check
*DMV driving record check
*Drug testing
Our drivers also have been CPR certified have taken defensive driving classes and have all their necessary licenses to drive in Josephine and Jackson Counties. We do this to ensure our customers safety.
About Valley Cab’s Vehicles
All of our Cabs are clean and smoke free. They are regularly inspected and maintained by ASE certified master tech mechanics in Central at Point Kelly’s Automotive Service and in Grants Pass Kelly’s Tool Box
• Vehicles and Drivers for hire picking up within the city limits of Medford are required to secure a T card and business license. Riders should never hail a vehicle that does not have these two important items.
• Valley Cab's current fare is $3.00 per trip plus $2.75 per mile. Taxicab meters are set and inspected to ensure proper calculation. Drivers cannot adjust the meters, and must operate them according to set procedures.
• Valley Cab is locally owned and operated at 1236 Dish Dr. in Medford, Oregon. We have a fleet of sedans and minivans operating with a 24-hour radio Dispatch center. We have been open every hour of every day since Jan. 2000.
